What is remote diagnosis?<\/p>\n

Remote diagnostics is a convenient way for a shop to perform most programming and coding functions without having to purchase their own diagnostic tools and subscriptions<\/p>\n

Remote car access via the internet using an OBD interface or directly using a module fitted by the car manufacturer or later by a specialised company.<\/p>\n

By logging in we can view most of the parameters, read and delete errors, test actuators, coding, software updates and adaptations.<\/p>\n

The modules fitted by the manufacturer to cars are generally limited to simple diagnostics and can only be accessed by the car manufacturers' remote centres.<\/p>\n

Technicians at any of the remote diagnostic centers see the ticket request and accept it.At that moment the connection is automatically created.For a simple communication a chat is opened between the technician and the person making the ticket,through that chat or by phone you can receive instructions on the status of the work as well as the price.<\/p>\n
